It’s been a while since I uploaded a new blogpost and I’m so sorry about that, but it has been a very hectic 2 weeks adjusting and getting used to university life. With that said. as you can see, I’m back with a new post; a new recipe which I tried out for the first time last Sunday. If you read my previous (baking) post, you might have noticed that I love baking. The reason behind it is not only because I love eating but it’s mostly because it’s very satisfying – from the magical transformation of ingredients to the amazing smell that makes everyone in the house looking forward to the final result. Now I should stop talking about me and tell you all about the recipe.

Recently, I was going through one my favourite blogs called I Covet Thee written by the lovely Alix Coburn and I came across a recipe she did last Easter. It was late in the evening around 9.00pm and for me when it comes to baking, I either do it in the afternoon when the house is quiet or late in the evening – what can I say, I'm a night owl! This recipe is super easy, fun to do and the most important part - there is chocolate involved, so I thought I would give it a try. After all they’re Nutella stuffed cookies.. who wouldn't want to try them?
